What do you report with this form?

With this form you can submit a complaint about a ship sailing under the Dutch flag, or about a foreign ship at berth in a Dutch port, that does not meet the requirements of the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC).

Who can report?

Members of the ship's crew or any person involved in the welfare of the ship's crew.

Which enclosures are necessary?

Any evidence to support your complaint.

What happens with your report?

The ILT will process your report and then decide which actions are necessary. If your ship sails away from a Dutch port to a port outside the Netherlands in the near future, you can call the ILT at 088 489 00 00 after sending the form. In that case the ILT will deal with your complaint urgently. Your complaint will be handled confidentially.
