Use this form to apply for the (first) issue of an air traffic controller’s licence, ratings, and endorsements; the revalidation or renewal of endorsements; the transfer of an ATCO licence issued by an EASA Member State other than the Netherlands or the reissue of a licence document that has been lost or stolen.

This form is for air traffic controllers or organisations who are submitting an application on behalf of an air traffic controller.

How is your application processed?

After submitting your application, you will receive a payment request from the Civil Aviation Authority the Netherlands (CAA NL). Once payment has been made and your application is complete, including all required attachments, CAA NL will process it within the legal timeframe of 8 weeks. You will be notified accordingly.

Please note: CAA NL will only process your application once you have provided all information and attachments required.
