Notification

Use this form to report the fuel supplies for the previous quarter. This must be done due to the fuel transition requirement under the Renewable Energy Directive (RED III).

Notifier

This form is for companies that have registered to supply fuels to seagoing vessels.

Required attachments

In the step ‘Attachment(s)’, you must upload all fuel supplies to seagoing vessels by your company for the previous quarter. To create this attachment, use the format and instructions provided in the sample table.

Note: download and complete the table before starting the online form.

After submitting your notification

The Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT) checks the delivery data based on the records of fuel delivery notes on board seagoing vessels. The ILT then forwards the delivery data to the Nederlandse Emissieautoriteit (Dutch Emissions Authority) for the determination of the fuel transition obligation.

Note: You must report the delivery using the same organisation name as in your registration.
