Use this form to register your company as a supplier of fuels to seagoing vessels.

Notifier

This form is for companies that expect to supply more than 500,000 litres of liquid fuels annually from the Netherlands to seagoing vessels from 1 January 2026.

Required attachments

No attachments are required for this notification. However, you must provide the information needed to link the details on the Bunker Delivery Note (BDN) to your company.

After submitting your notification

Your company name will be published on the website of the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT) to provide information on the availability of fuels for seagoing vessels, as referred to in MARPOL Annex VI Regulation 18.9.1.

NOTE: Are you already registered? Then you only need to complete the form Reporting fuel supplies to seagoing vessels.
