What do you apply for with this form?
You can use this form to apply for an assessment of liquid substances transported in bulk also known as a tripartite agreement (TPA) as per IBC Code.
Who is this form for?
This form is intended for producers of bulk chemicals producing the substance in the Netherlands and shipping it, in bulk, from the Netherlands by sea going tankers.
Is there a fee for this application?
This application is subject to a fee. You can find the relevant fee in the Regeling tarieven transportsectoren, (Transportation Sectors Tariffs Scheme, only in Dutch), Section 3.6, Article 3.62.
Which attachments are needed?
Depending on the type of application, you may be asked for the following attachments:
- Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
- A drawing of the molecular structure of the substance
You will also be able to add all other relevant information.
Application process
Once you have submitted the form, the ILT sends you an automatic acknowledgement of receipt with your application number. In the attached PDF file, you can find a copy of the data you filled in. You will receive a notification as soon as your application is taken into consideration. For the processing of your application, the ILT adheres to the statutory decision periods.
