This form is used to apply for recognition to provide armed security services on board vessels sailing under the Dutch flag.
Who is this form for?
This form is intended for Private Maritime Security Companies (PMSC).
Is there a fee for this application?
You can find the fee for a PMSC application in Chapter 4, Article 8 Regeling bescherming koopvaardij (Merchant Shipping Protection Regulation, only in Dutch).

Application process
After you have submitted your application, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement of receipt. Have you submitted your application form in full, including all the correct attachments? If so, the ILT will process the application. You will be notified about this. The ILT adheres to the statutory decision periods.
