What do you apply for with this form?
When a cargo not listed in the International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargoes (IMSBC) Code is being carried in bulk, the port of loading (POL)'s competent authority is required to provide a certificate stating the cargo's details, and all conditions for carriage and handling. The POL's competent authority also has to submit an application to the International Maritime Organization to incorporate this solid bulk cargo into appendix 1 of the IMSBC Code. You find this application's correct format and required information in subsection 1.3.3 of the IMSBC Code.

Cargo-owners (shippers), intending to export cargo from a port within the jurisdiction of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
What is the fee for this application?
This application is subject to a fee. You can find the relevant fee in the Regeling tarieven transportsectoren, (Transportation Sectors Tariffs Scheme, only in Dutch), Section 3.6, Article 3.62.
