What do you apply for with this form?
With this form you can apply for an exemption or approval for transport of dangerous goods by air. You do so if the transport of dangerous goods cannot comply with the set requirements. The exemption is granted in special cases. In addition, an approval can be applied for if the ILT can grant an approval according to the transport regulations.
Who is this form for?
This form is for companies that want to apply for an exemption or approval based on the Wet Luchtvaart (Aviation Act) and the ICAO TI.

Is there a fee for this application?
You can find the current fee in the Regeling tarieven transportsectoren (Transportation Sectors Tariffs Scheme, only in Dutch) – (Part 2.6. Vervoer gevaarlijke stoffen, section 2.21(f)).

Application process
Your application will only be considered if it is duly completed and has been submitted in full. The ILT will not process your application if you filled in the forms incompletely or incorrectly or if you failed to include the requested attachments. In that case, you will receive a notification and will be given the opportunity to submit the required information.
