What do you apply for with this form?

With this form you apply for a joint loading of dangerous substances or explosives with a seagoing vessel. See also article 11 RVGZ (transport of dangerous goods on seavessels), or chapter 7.2 of the IMDG-code.

The application must be received by the Inspectorate at least three workdays before the expected arrival or departure of the seavessel. Incomplete or incorrectly filled out forms will not be processed.

What is the cost of this application?

This application is subject to a fee. You can find the current fee in the Regeling tarieven transportsectoren (Transportation Sectors Tariffs Scheme, only in Dutch) – (Afdeling 3.4. Vervoer gevaarlijke stoffen, artikel 3.54).
