Who is this form for?
This form is for (aspiring) flight instructors who (intend to) provide training to pilots of aeroplanes, helicopters, gyroplanes and hot air balloons or organisations that are submitting an application on behalf of an (aspiring) instructor.
Is there a fee for this application?
A fee may apply to this application. See the Regeling tarieven transportsectoren (Transportation Sectors Tariffs Scheme, in Dutch) for details. If you are applying for revalidation or renewal and the examiner has updated your licence, no fees apply.
