Use this form to transfer a Part-FCL licence from another EASA Member State to the Netherlands.

Please note: The Part-FCL licence can only be issued once the Civil Aviation Authority the Netherlands (CAA NL) has received your medical records from the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) in your current EASA Member State. You must request the transfer. You can find more information on the website of the ILT.

This form is for Part-FCL licence holders who want to transfer their licence to the Netherlands or organisations that are submitting an application on behalf of a pilot.

How is your application processed?

After submitting your application, you will receive a payment request from CAA NL. Once payment has been made and your application is complete, including all required attachments, CAA NL will process it within the legal timeframe. You will be notified accordingly.
