This form is for pilots who want to convert an FAA licence to a Part-FCL licence or organisations that are submitting an application on behalf of a pilot.

How is your application processed?

After submitting your application, you will receive a payment request from the Civil Aviation Authority the Netherlands (CAA NL). Once payment has been made and your application is complete, including all required attachments, CAA NL will process it within the legal timeframe. You will be notified accordingly.
