What do you apply for with this form?
With this form, you can apply for an exemption UDP.
National law states that flying after sunset using Visual Flight Rules (VFR) is prohibited. Do you require flying outside the Uniform Daylight Period (UDP) after sunset? In that case it is possible to request an exemption for this flight with the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate.
The Directorate General of Civil Aviation and Maritime Affairs (DGLM) is working on a change in the law to make it easier to fly with drones outside UDP. After this change in the law, you will also be allowed to fly outside UDP without an exemption. As long as this has not been legally arranged, you will need an exemption.
For whom is this form intended?
For UAS operators holding an operational authorization.

You must also officially report the drone flight to the ILT and the Aviation Police.
