This form is intended for users of a UAS (Unmanned Aircraft System), who wish to fly in The Netherlands and do not fall within the scope of the open category. Only international applicants may apply. Applicants may be natural and legal persons.
What is the cost of this application?
The processing of this application involves costs. You can find the current fee in the Regeling tarieven transportsectoren (Transportation Sectors Tariffs Scheme, only in Dutch).

How does your application work?
After receiving your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by email. When the ILT starts processing your application, you will receive a request for payment for the processing. The ILT will consider your application if it has been submitted in full. Incomplete or incorrectly completed forms will not be processed by the ILT. This also applies to not sending in the requested attachment(s).
