Which attachments are required?
You must include a completed Form 2 (pdf) with this application. Which other attachments you need to include depends on the situation. You will find an overview of all required documents as you go through the form.
How does your application work?
Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an automatic receipt notification. Has your application form been submitted in full, including all the appropriate attachments? Then the ILT will process the application. You will be notified about this. When processing your application, the ILT adheres to the statutory decision periods.
Please note: The ILT does not process incomplete or incorrectly completed forms. This also applies if you fail to send the requested attachments. You will then receive a request to submit the additional information within a certain period of time.
