Use this form to apply for the first issue, revalidation, renewal or extension of a flight examiner certificate.

Applicant

This form is for examiners or pilots who wish to become examiners. To submit this application, you must hold a licence issued in the Netherlands.

Required attachments

For the revalidation, renewal or extension of a flight examiner certificate no attachments are required. For the first issue of an examiner certificate, you must upload the following attachments:

• Copy of your passport or other valid form of identification from a European Union (EU) Member State or Liechtenstein, Norway or Iceland.
• Copy of your licence.
• Signed copies of the last 3 pages of your logbook.

Costs

A fee applies to this application. You can find an overview of the costs in the Regeling tarieven transportsectoren (Transportation Sectors Tariffs Scheme, in Dutch).

After submitting your application

After submitting your application, you will receive a payment request from the Civil Aviation Authority the Netherlands (CAA NL). Once payment has been made and your application is complete, including all required attachments, CAA NL will process it within the legal timeframe. You will be notified accordingly.

Please note: CAA NL will only process your application once you have provided all information and attachments required.
