What can you report using this form?

Use this form to report illegal taxi services. Offering or providing taxi services without a licence is not permitted. Illegal taxi services are commonly referred to as snorders or zwarte taxi's in Dutch. Anyone offering passenger transport for payment using a car without holding the required licence issued by Kiwa Register is acting unlawfully.


If your report does not concern illegal taxi services but relates to another issue involving taxi transport, please use the online form Taxi transport notification – other.

This form is for anyone with information about illegal taxi services.


It is possible to submit a report anonymously.

Which attachments are required?

Your report will be processed by the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT) with or without attachments. If you have extra information or evidence, please add it as an attachment.

What happens after you submit your report?

The ILT will process your report. If you agree and if necessary, an inspector will contact you.
