Use this form to notify the ILT of alerts, requests for enforcement or follow-up actions related to the transport of dangerous goods by land and water.


This specifically concerns:


  • Transport of dangerous goods by road (ADR).
  • Transport of dangerous goods by rail (RID).
  • Transport of dangerous goods by inland waterways (ADN).
  • Transport of packaged dangerous goods by sea (IMDG).

This form is for private individuals, organisations and enforcement partners of the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT) in the Netherlands.

Next steps
